- Gantry is welded to bench top
- Gantry constructed from 304 grade stainless steel with a No.4 finish and 6mm toughened glass ends
- Overhead Quartz IR heat lamps provide heat and illumination to the product below
- Individual On/Off switches to operate bain marie and overhead gantry heat lamps on Bain Marie body
- Front glass, sliding doors and sneeze guards can be either added as optional extras at the time of order and fitted in factory or ordered at a separate date for fitting by customer
- Stainless steel work shelf fitted to fold down brackets can be added as an optional extra at the time of ordering. This item is factory fitted at the time of manufacture

Bain Marie Hot Cupboards Island with A-Frame Heated Gantry
Features:
- Unit comes complete with Bain Marie, hot cupboard, and A-Frame 304 stainless steel gantry. (Gantry welded to bench top)
- Toughened Glass ends only (excludes front toughened glass- sold separately at time of order)
- Wet or dry operation (temperature varies greatly when run dry, should not be left unattended for long periods of time)
- Temperature regulation via digital control, designed to hold product between 65°C - 90°C.
- Independent controls for Bain Marie, hot cupboard and gantry
- A-Frame gantry fitted with Quartz IR heat lamps
- Air insulated, double skinned tank for energy efficient heating
- Hot cupboard equipped with a fan forced heating system
- Top mounted easy glide doors that do not sit in a bottom track, eliminates dirt trap. 1/1GN shelf configuration (1 shelf per door)
- Robust 304 grade stainless steel construction
- Manual fill and manual empty, valve operated waste
- 1/1 GN sized well, fits pans up to 150mm deep (sold separately).
- Pan dividers not supplied
- Optional Stainless steel work shelf mounted onto fold down brackets sold separately factory fitted and must be selected at time of order
