Can I visit your showroom?
We have showrooms in Bundaberg and Hervey Bay, QLD. You're welcome to visit Monday to Friday between 7:30am and 5pm AEST to see equipment in person before you buy.
Do you offer servicing and repairs?
Yes, we have in-house technicians, electricians and refrigeration mechanics who can service and repair commercial kitchen equipment. We support the brands we sell and can arrange on-site or in-house repairs.
What brands do you stock?
We stock leading commercial kitchen brands including Rational, Hobart, Convotherm, Turbofan, Moffat, Hoshizaki, Washtech, Cossiga, Simply Stainless and more.
Can you help design a commercial kitchen from scratch?
Yes, our design consultants can help plan your kitchen layout from the ground up. We look at your menu, service volume, available space and budget to recommend the right equipment and configuration. We also do custom stainless steel fabrication through our in-house engineering team.
Do you offer trade-ins or buy used equipment?
Get in touch with our team to discuss your situation. Depending on the brand, condition and age of your existing equipment, we may be able to help with a trade-in or point you in the right direction.
What warranty do your products come with?
Warranty varies by brand and product. Most commercial kitchen equipment we sell comes with a manufacturer's warranty, and our in-house service team can handle warranty repairs directly. Contact us for warranty details on specific products.
