Passthrough dishwashers handle 50-80+ racks per hour, making them the standard choice for busy restaurants, hotels, function centres and commercial kitchens. Dirty racks load from one side, the hood drops, and clean racks slide out the other, keeping the flow of dirty and clean items separated. This one-way workflow reduces cross-contamination and speeds up the wash-up process during peak service.
Lower volume? An undercounter dishwasher handles up to 40 racks per hour in a smaller footprint. Higher volume? A conveyor or rack conveyor system scales up for large-scale operations.
