What payment options are available?

Why am I getting a payment error at checkout?

If you're getting an error message when trying to submit your payment, there's probably a typo in your billing information. Please recheck your billing information including credit card number and CVV.

Why are there duplicate charges on my credit card?

If you see multiple charges for the same order on your credit card account, check your email to see how many order confirmations you received.

Only received one confirmation email? Only one order went through. The other charge on your account will disappear in 2-3 business days.

If you continue to see duplicate charges after this period, please email us so we can investigate.

What if I didn't receive a confirmation email?

If you didn't receive any confirmation email and no charge has appeared on your credit card account, the order didn't go through. Try placing the order again, double-checking that all billing and shipping information is correct.
