Anets Commercial Deep Fryers

American-engineered commercial deep fryers manufactured in Iowa since 1948. Part of the Middleby Corporation, the same group behind TurboChef, MerryChef and Blodgett. The Anets range covers single and split-pot tube-fired gas fryers, open-pot gas fryers, electric models, pasta cookers and high-efficiency units like the SilverLink series. Built for heavy frying schedules where recovery time, oil capacity and durability matter more than feature lists, with quick-service chains, fish and chip shops, hotel kitchens and pub bistros being the typical specifications.
