The Camshelving® GN 1/1 and GN 2/1 Food Pan Trolley represent the evolution of food service transport. Unlike the array of metal trolleys on the market, both aluminum and steel, the Cambro unit is constructed with state-of-the-art composite material. Stronger than steel, but without the failing weld points, rust, and corrosion, our composite trolley performs consistently in the most demanding kitchens. This sleek design presents well front or back of house, carrying standard Gastronorm food pans. Modular component-based construction eases the cost of maintenance, with all parts replaceable. The wide 7,6 cm rail spacing offers the greatest versatility and ease of use, with 3 mm pan stops at each end of the rails to provide stability. A fresh, user friendly take on the traditional food pan trolley, the Food Pan Trolley eliminates the noise and wear of metal on metal.
