Benches and Storage
Commercial Kitchen Benches and Storage
Benching, shelving and sinks
Everything you need to set up or expand your kitchen workspace, from stainless steel benches and flat-pack shelving to hand basins and cleaner's sinks and GN trolleys. We stock the full Simply Stainless modular range along with Stoddart plumbing fixtures and sinks. Flat-pack means cheaper freight and easier access through tight doorways, which matters more than people expect on a fitout.
Hand basins and compliance
Hand basins, splashbacks, coving and clearances are set by the food safety standard rather than preference, and they're the details that get picked up on inspection. Every food handling area needs a dedicated hand basin that isn't the same sink used for food prep or washing up, positioned where staff will actually use it. Worth settling at layout stage rather than retrofitting after the fitout is signed off.
Dry and cold storage
For storage, Cambro food storage containers, trolleys and Camshelving cover everything from ingredient storage to bulk transport, and Metro shelving systems handle coolroom and dry store racking. Both are modular, so you can add to them as the kitchen grows rather than replacing the lot. In a coolroom, check the shelving is rated for the environment, since standard chrome will corrode in a wet cold room and polymer or epoxy-coated systems won't.
Custom stainless steel fabrication
Very few kitchens are a standard shape. Our in-house engineering team fabricates stainless steel benches, shelving, sink runs and fixtures to suit awkward corners, non-standard widths and existing plumbing. If nothing off the shelf fits your space, send us your dimensions and we'll quote it.
