The Hoshizaki IM-240PE-23-F is a flexiCUBE self- contained cuber designed to produce up to 165kg of Hoshizaki's word-renowed hard and slowly melting 28mm cube every 24 hours.

A closed water circuit and Closed Cell Sytem protects against contamination while ensuring individually foamed, high-quality ice cubes. Automated cleaning, food-grade stainless steel components (AISI 430), and an optional scoop holder kit support maximum hygiene and long-term durability.

Smart water-flow control automatically adjust throughout the ice-making cycle to produce clear, consistent cubes. Built-in cleaning notifications for the water circuit and condenser, along with an adjustable dimple size control panel, provided added precision and control.
