Undercounter Dishwashers
Undercounter dishwashers are the most common choice for smaller venues doing up to 30-40 racks per hour. They fit under a standard 900mm bench, connect to a single-phase power supply in most cases, and run 2-3 minute wash cycles. Models from Hobart, Washtech and Smeg are available with built-in rinse aid dosing, drain pumps and optional water softeners for hard water areas.
Processing more than 40 racks per hour? You'll want a passthrough dishwasher instead, which handles higher volumes with a hood-lift design. For glassware, a dedicated glasswasher uses gentler cycles to prevent clouding. Get in touch for help sizing the right machine for your venue.
